Neighbors United Federal Credit Union is committed to meeting the banking and financial services needs of all our members. We aim to promote accessibility, diversity and inclusion.  Our goal is to provide an accessible and barrier-free environment in our banking locations and we strive to make our technology accessible and continuously work on accessibility improvements to our website, online services and other technology platforms and over the phone.

Whether you are using assistive technologies or seek assistance with written or oral information for disability-related needs from our Representatives, our goal is to make your experience successful. Our Representatives will read and explain appropriate materials to members who want help with products and services or conducting financial transactions.

We recommend using the most current versions of computer-based assistive technologies applications and browsers. There are easy-to-use controls for adjusting the size and colors of content on a web page.  There are no ideal content size or color combinations for all users. By using the controls provided in browsers, you can personalize the content presentation in your browser.  You can adjust text size and colors and adjust size of content.

We do not provide assistive technology applications or browsers. Please visit the individual manufacturer’s site for information about how to obtain them.  You also may have access to assistance from local and state agencies or non-profit groups in your area.
